Our New Homes Consultant was fantastic and suggested we personalise the floorplan with an extended living space in lieu of the outdoor living design option. This gave us a little extra space in the backyard, so we decided to add the alfresco. It ended up being a really affordable option that we love! It’s the best place to entertain family and friends.

Working with a builder who is a one-stop-shop for finance, land and construction was a game changer.

It was nice to have someone advising us on finance. It made the whole process a lot easier and stress-free, especially because it was our first time applying for a home loan.

It was great having everything done in the one place. The constant communication from the Homebuyers Centre and Resolve teams meant we never felt out of the loop.

Kayte built the Onyx 22

Kayte had always wanted to own her own home – at first she considered buying established in her area but found building would be a more affordable way to enter the property market. She chose the 4-bedroom Onyx 22, which fits a 10.5m wide block, the clever design making it a really worthwhile investment. “Construction was the best!” she said, “it was just amazing to see the house unfold in front of your eyes.”

Our site manager and our client liaison were both awesome. Both were great at communication and answering questions in a timely manner. We were really impressed at how clean the site was kept during construction. There were a couple of minor issues that were rectified without a problem. We enjoyed the building process.

We were extremely happy with Homebuyers Centre from purchase of our land through to construction and handover of our home. Ian was extremely helpful and guided us throughout the entire design process. We were then passed onto very friendly and approachable staff through the build phase. Laura and our site manager ensured site progress was communicated with us on a weekly basis. We would definitely recommend Homebuyers Centre for your next build. Stress-free, fantastic build! This was my second house I have built but my first through Homebuyers Centre, I honestly don’t have any complaints or bad words to say about the whole process.
