Floor coverings, blinds, flyscreens, exposed aggregate driveway, even the little things like toilet roll holders are included! Along with the fun home inclusions, we also use a selection of superior materials, reliable and diligent tradespeople and a combination of in house and independent quality control inspections to ensure we deliver you the highest quality home possible.
Consider orientation of your block, and how you REALLY live to find your ideal floorplan. For example, you might want a second living area adjacent to the main living area, or you might like a more for formal zone near the front of the home for guests. Consider if you want the main bedroom to be close to minor bedrooms, or completely separated for more privacy from housemates/teenagers. Ensure your kitchen and outdoor entertaining areas suit you, and how you cook.
A House and Land Package and its overall cost is made up of a number of factors. For example, the size and location of the land, the size and style of the home as well as any upgrades that you select for your home. At Homebuyers Centre quote we’ll help you understand all the costs in building your home and ensure we provide options to suit your budget. Once your particular situation is understood we will be able to provide clear, fixed pricing for you to rely upon.
Every piece of land is different. Site costs or site works is everything we need to do to get the land prepared to build your home. It is important to get the engineering right here as it is the foundation for your home and we definitely won’t cut corners here.
