Photographs on this website may depict fixtures, finishes and features not supplied by Homebuyers Centre and not included in any pricing specified. These may include landscaping items, such as planter boxes, retaining walls, water features, pergolas, screens and decorative landscaping items such as fencing and outdoor kitchens and barbeques. Homebuyers Centre does not supply swimming pools, pool decks and fences. Accordingly, any prices specified on this website do not include the supply of any of those items. Homebuyers Centre collects personal information you provide to us so we can provide you with the products and services you request. If you do not provide all the personal information we require, we may be unable to provide these products and services to you. A Homebuyers Centre New Home Consultant will contact you within 60 minutes of your online enquiry (this is between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours we will contact you within 12 hours). Based on the initial information the New Home Consultant will then refer you to a Resolve Finance, Home Loan Specialist. An appointment with the Resolve Home Specialist will be required to further assess your eligibility. This is neither a pre-approval nor an approval of finance. Standard Lender Terms and Conditions apply. All finance services provided by Resolve Finance, Australian Credit Licence No. 385487.

It’s important to note that the pricing shown is relevant for the current month (subject to availability) and is based on a site that’s titled at the time of signing a Preliminary Works Contract (PWC). For untitled land, an additional monthly charge for price protection will be applied, based on forecast title date (up to 18 months).

As part of our commitment to providing you with the best home building journey, we want to always remain transparent and open. In these uncertain times, global material shortages and supply chain issues are increasingly putting pricing pressures on the building sector. Whilst we do our best to absorb some of these costs, we’re constantly reviewing and adjusting pricing to make sure we can sustain a viable business and maintain build quality.

Fixed pricing for site costs

We commit to providing upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans. For blocks without available engineering a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs at HIA contract signing.

From 1 May 2024, Victoria has adopted changes to the National Construction Code 2022 (NCC 2022) which implement more stringent minimum requirements for energy efficiency, condensation mitigation, and accessible housing design. This house and land package was designed under the previous National Construction Code 2019 (NCC 2019), and therefore does not take into account the new minimum requirements under the NCC 2022. Customers who select this house and land package will need to sign a Section 10 form as part of the building permit application. Incentives

To be eligible for the ‘Refer A Friend’ promotion, both the referrer and the referee must enter and complete a building contract with Homebuyers Centre Victoria.  The referrer will receive a $500 voucher for Coles Myer when the referee reaches construction stage (Slab Down). The referee will receive a $500 Colour Studio Showroom voucher to use during Prestart. The $500 Colour Studio Showroom amount must be provided as a credit in the PWC (Preliminary Works Contract) at point of sale by the New Homes Consultant. The referee must be introduced by the referrer, and must not have already engaged with a Homebuyers Centre New Homes Consultant; or already be on the Homebuyers Centre database. The referral can only be made via the Homebuyers Centre website via this web page – https://vic.homebuyers.com.au/refer/. The referee’s details (including bank details) must be completed on the referee’s PWC (Preliminary Works Contract). Promotions

Terms and Conditions: An initial $5,000 deposit (‘initial deposit’) is required for payment towards both to the HIA contract and land title contract.
