Building a new home is exciting, but knowing when you’ll be able to move in makes planning even better.
With our 9-month move-in guarantee*, we commit to completing your eligible new home within nine months of your HIA building contract and Selections Variation being signed, whichever happens last.
That means a clearer timeframe to plan your next chapter, with additional reassurance if your build runs beyond the guaranteed period for reasons covered by the offer.

How your 9-month guarantee works
1. Secure your home
With your titled land, finance pre-approval and eligible home design, pay your deposit and sign your Preliminary Works Contract.
2. Finalise your contracts and selections
Your 9-month timeframe begins once both your HIA building contract and Selections Variation are signed, starting from whichever is signed last.
3. Your home is completed
We guarantee contractual completion within 9 months of that start date, subject to the offer’s terms and conditions.

No. The timeframe starts once you’ve signed both your HIA building contract and Selections Variation, whichever happens last.
The guarantee covers completion as defined in your HIA building contract. Your actual move-in date can depend on handover and other applicable requirements.
If your home isn’t completed within the guaranteed timeframe due to a delay covered by the offer, you may be entitled to $250 per week in liquidated damages. Customer-caused delays and other exclusions can affect eligibility.
Yes, if you meet both offers’ eligibility requirements and choose a qualifying Advantage home design. The 9-month guarantee also extends to eligible Select designs, but the $15,000 saving does not.
