Discover the Willow 25 Display Home in Sunbury
If Melbourne’s north-west is on your radar, Sunbury is worth a look. It’s got the everyday essentials sorted – schools, shops, transport – plus a delightful dose of green space for weekend play and that blend of regional and urban character that a lot of newer suburbs are still growing into.
The brand-new Willow 25 display home at Redstone Estate is the easiest way to see what that looks like in practice, and to get a feel for the 2026 Colour Collection while you’re at it.
Why Sunbury?
Sunbury offers the best of both worlds – a connected location with a relaxed community feel. Sunbury Square makes day-to-day life easy, with supermarkets, cafes, dining and services all close by, plus a great choice of primary and high schools. Commuting is a breeze too, with the Metro Sunbury Line connecting through the metro tunnel, along with V/Line services.
And when the weekend rolls around, you’re spoilt for choice – sip your way through the Sunbury Wine Region, explore the Heritage Precinct, or get outdoors at Organ Pipes National Park.
Step inside the Willow 25
This 4-bed, 2-bath home is designed for families who want room to come together and space to spread out. At its centre, an entertainer’s kitchen and open-plan living area flow around a generous island bench – made for weekend gatherings. A second living space near the front entry doubles as a theatre room, while a separate study is ready for those working from home.
Parents get a peaceful main bedroom at the front of the home, complete with walk-in robe and ensuite, while three bedrooms, each with its own built-in robe, are tucked away via a hallway at the rear. Outside, the Royal facade keeps things clean and welcoming – a symmetrical rendered front, a feature panel framing the entry and a porch that leads you straight in.
Colour that tells a story
The Willow 25 also showcases two palettes from Homebuyers Centre’s 2026 Colour Collection, demonstrating how colour can shape the overall feel of a home inside and out.
Indoors, the Industrial palette creates a clean, contemporary foundation that’s versatile. Its combination of natural oak, dark cabinetry and crisp feature tiles works across a range of interior styles, making it the perfect base for the Modern Bauhaus styling featured throughout this display.
Outside, the Botanical palette brings warmth and softness to the home’s street appeal, using earthy tones and natural textures that complement a variety of facade styles while creating a calm, welcoming first impression.
The Industrial palette can be styled in various ways with its versatile mix of materials. In this home, I’ve gone with a contemporary style using elements of Modern Bauhaus as inspiration – like the square pattern in rugs and accessories tying back to the theme.

Styling snapshot: who’s this home for?
If you love contemporary spaces with plenty of personality, this display is full of inspiration. Drawing on Modern Bauhaus – a design style known for clean lines, geometric forms and functional living – the home balances timeless simplicity with interesting pops of blue and tan. It’s a style that will appeal to those who love clean, uncluttered spaces that still feel warm and lived in.
The square mosaic tiles became the starting point for the styling, inspiring the geometric shapes and patterns repeated through the furniture, rugs and accessories to create a cohesive look throughout the home.
