My Home Plan is a specialised finance program that will help you get into your own home sooner. It’s tailored to your real-world income and expenses, and usually involves only a few tweaks to your spending habits.
It’s about putting you in control of your finances and your future, so you can get where you want to go — even if you’ve been unlucky in the past. My Home Plan has a dedicated and experienced Finance Coach who will work with you through each step to make the process easy. As you progress through your My Home Plan goals your Resolve Finance broker will assist you in obtaining the finance approval for your dream home. Not only that, we will reward your progress along the way, as you reach each goal.
What is My Home Plan?
1. Financial Analysis and Planning
Your Finance Coach will take into account all income and expenses to understand how much surplus income you have. They will also help with debt consolidation and/or refinancing of existing loans to free up additional surplus income. This surplus will then determine your finance plan. The aim is to make sure that your money is working as hard as possible for you.
2. Your Own Personal Financial Plan
You will be presented with a personalised timeframe – clearly showing the easy plan and showing exactly how long it’s going to take to reach home application stage. Most importantly, your Finance Coach will ensure you are still able to maintain a great lifestyle.
3. Be Rewarded For Reaching Your Goals
You will receive your own personalised login details so you can track your progress online, see how you’re progressing through your savings journey and visualise your financial goals getting closer.
4. Time To Become A Home Owner
Your Finance Coach will be there to support you every step of the way of your plan and help you become a Home Owner.
