Anika and James built the Harrison 25

Talk about street appeal – when Anika saw the Hayman facade, she wanted it. Knowing that Homebuyers Centre built quality homes, and that they could build the Harrison 25 with the Hamptons style facade they loved, Anika and James started the journey to build their first home. One thing they really appreciated was the customer service from the entire team…

Heruka built the Jasper 16

Heruka chose the Jasper 16 mainly for the Open Plan Living “being a modest-sized home it really maximises space,” he said. Heruka’s home tour is a must-watch if you are considering a Jasper 16 – the L-shaped kitchen design option with window splashback making his home design inspiration on instagram.

Our site manager and our client liaison were both awesome. Both were great at communication and answering questions in a timely manner. We were really impressed at how clean the site was kept during construction. There were a couple of minor issues that were rectified without a problem. We enjoyed the building process.

We were extremely happy with Home Buyers Centre from purchase of our land through to construction and handover of our home. Ian was extremely helpful and guided us throughout the entire design process. We were then passed onto very friendly and approachable staff through the build phase. Laura and our site manager ensured site progress was communicated with us on a weekly basis. We would definitely recommend Homebuyers Centre for your next build. They support you throughout the entire build process. We will be using them again without a doubt.

Stress-free, fantastic build! This was my second house I have built but my first through homebuyers, I honestly don’t have any complaints or bad words to say about the whole process. From pre-start until handover the whole process was fantastic, I was always updated and kept in the loop with everything that was happening.

Matt built the Jasper 17

First Home Buyer Matt turned his Jasper 17 into an industrial-inspired haven, perfect for entertaining family and friends.  Matt says that “sorting his Finance, Land and Home with us brought him a stress-free build where he could pick up the phone at any time to ask out team questions and learn more about the process!”

Kristy & James built the Indigo 22

Looking to move out into a place of their own, Kristy & James built the Indigo 22. Choosing a neutral colour palette and Architectural Façade, Kristy says that their home is never short on compliments from guests. Impressed with our Standard Inclusions and Design Range, we’re ecstatic to hear that the two found exactly what they were looking for and that they enjoyed the process along the way.

Sonja, Ben & Cohen built the Vibe 22

Sonja and Ben’s Vibe 22 quickly became a family home when their son Cohen was born. We’re glad to hear that building with us made the “daunting task of buying a house, seem really simple and something they could actually achieve” according to Sonja, and that together they’ve been able to create the perfect family home.

Kuhan & Natasha built the Metro 19

First Home Buyers Kuhan and Natasha built the Metro 19 after falling heads over heels for the 3-bedroom, double garage, open kitchen home. Natasha says that even three months later continues to wake up every day excited and that the two are extremely proud to have family and friends over.
