First homebuyers in Victoria can now invest in an affordable single storey house and land package without sacrificing their second-favourite asset – their car!

Homebuyers Centre’s new Levi floorplans are the first single-storey designs to include four bedrooms and two cars on a block less than 12.5m wide. The result? An affordable home that doesn’t require you to sacrifice on space.

‘We know most couples and families run at least two cars and want to store both safely, without compromising on the number or size of their bedrooms,’ says Homebuyers Centre’s Design Manager, Rebecca Coffman.

‘After a very lengthy design process, we are delighted to release the Levi floorplans which all fit a double garage on just a 10.5m wide block.’

By building boundary to boundary, the Homebuyers Centre team were able to use the full width of the block to maximise space. The Levi is offered in three sizes, including 18sq and 20sq designs offering four bedroom and two bathrooms. An even more compact and affordable design, the three-bedroom 14sq design includes a dedicated powder room for guests.

All designs make best use of light with its bright and airy open plan kitchen and living area toward the back of the home. The 20sq Levi design also includes a study nook for those wanting to work or study from home.
