Colour schemes
Adriatic
Take a trip to the Mediterranean with the Adriatic colour scheme. Channelling a cool and organic palette, the scheme subtly references ocean tones, whilst paying homage to the origins of terrazzo.
Southampton
The Southampton scheme encapsulates elegant provincial living mixed with coastal invitation. With classic bright whites and soft greys; everything you would expect from an idyllic haven.
Botanical
Step into nature and feel right at home with the Botanical colour scheme. Warm wood tones and subtle stones colour delivered in a modern way, makes for easy and relaxed living.
Coastal
Coastal is everything you would expect in a stunning seaside abode. This design scheme is fresh, light, energising and encapsulates everything we love about the Australian beach culture.
Industrial

About Alisa & Lysandra
Design Duo Alisa and Lysandra first came to the attention of the Australian public through their appearance and triumphant win on Channel Nine’s The Block in 2013. Following on from their success, the twins founded their own interior design company working on residential and commercial projects.
The entrepreneurial sisters have become well known for their unique design aesthetic, creating minimalist yet luxe, and contemporary yet understated interiors.

Homebuyers Centre is all about making the homebuying process as easy as 1,2,3, which is why we offer our customers the choice of six professionally designed colour schemes for your new home.
Perfectly curated by design-duo Alisa & Lysandra, each scheme has been expertly designed to suit every design, style and budget.
They sure have! Each scheme has been personally selected by design experts Alisa & Lysandra.
Since winning Channel 9’s ‘The Block’ in 2013, Alisa & Lysandra have founded their own successful interior design company working on both residential and commercial projects.
Alisa & Lysandra’s vast amount of knowledge in the design world made them the perfect experts to put together the Colour Studio schemes.
You sure can! For all home designs you can choose 1 interior scheme and 1 exterior scheme. For example, you can have the Coastal scheme for your interior and the Industrial for your external.
Make sure you read through your estate’s design guidelines so you know the colour palettes and materials they prefer, and the ones they won’t allow.
This will streamline the process in in pre-construction and move you to construction faster.
It’s important to note that individual colours can’t be swapped between schemes (eg. you can’t choose the kitchen tiles from the Hamptons scheme and add it to the Urban scheme).
Each item within the schemes have been expertly selected to make sure your entire house is cohesive, so rest assured the individual selections within each scheme are the best design solution for your home.
The Colour Studio has a bunch upgrade items and upgrade packs available, including appliance, tapware and electrical packs.
Make sure you also chat to your New Homes Consultant about the benefits of adding upgrade packs early so it can be included in your finance.
After you’ve formally chosen your home design and façade with your New Homes Consultant and signed the dotted line, you’ll be assigned a Customer Experience Coordinator who will guide you through the preconstruction phase of your build.
Your Customer Experience Coordinator will organise a Colour & Contract Appointment where you’ll select your scheme and upgrades and sign your HIA contract online.
We know how precious time is and that convenience is a priority, which is why the Colour & Contract Appointment is held virtually via Teams with your Customer Experience Coordinator.
Once you’ve signed with your New Homes Consultant, the team will be in touch to book in your appointment at a time that suits you.
Each colour scheme is on display at our display homes across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.
