Standard Inclusions
Standard inclusions of the Urban scheme include dark accents which highlight the architectural features of the home. Interior colours boast a neutral palette of greys and whites, accented by dark grout and Rumble ‘Slate Grey’ carpet.
These tones contrast with the exterior of the home to create a bold and dynamic atmosphere that when combined with Chestnut brick and ColorCote Monolith features, exudes a warm welcome as you pull into your driveway.
Above and Beyond (Upgrades)
You can upgrade your bricks to the shade ‘Access Stone’, and the metal roof upgrade is a moody ColorCote Monolith. To really add some luxe touches to the interior you can choose to upgrade the kitchen benchtop to Caesarstone Symphony Grey and select the Ceramic Listello White Gloss tiles for both the kitchen and vanity splashbacks. A combination of Artesan 130 Cream flooring and Stanley Park ‘Night Out’ carpet complete the perfect Urban look.
