No, you don’t. You can choose a different Colour Collection palette for your internal and external selections. For example, you might select the Adriatic palette for your facade and the Coastal palette for your interiors.

Your New Homes Consultant will guide you through your Colour Collection options during the early stages of your journey.
Once you’ve signed your Preliminary Works Contract (PWC), you’ll have a virtual selections appointment with a Selections Consultant who will help you finalise your choices and bring your vision to life.
All Colour Collection palettes are included as part of Homebuyers Centre’s premium inclusions, meaning there’s no additional cost to select your preferred palette. Each palette has been designed to work seamlessly with our standard range of finishes, and you’ll also have access to a variety of upgrade options if you’d like to personalise your home even further.
