Terms and Conditions

1. ABN Group (Vic) Pty Ltd trading as Homebuyers Centre (Homebuyers Centre) is running the Façade Survey Competition (the Competition).
   
   
2. The Competition opens on Wednesday, 18^th of November 2020 and closes on Monday, 30^th of November 2020.
   
   
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years old. Employees, suppliers and contractors (and their immediate families) of Homebuyers Centre (the Promoter) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or first cousin.
   
   
4. To enter, an entrant must:

• Receive an email notification from (Homebuyers Centre) regarding a Façade Survey.
• Complete the online survey in full by Monday, 30^th of November 2020.
• Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. An entrant can only enter once, and the Promoter will have the discretion to disqualify ineligible entrants who are found to use multiple email addresses.
   
   
6. The Competition is a game of chance and the winner will be randomly selected by the Homebuyers Centre Victoria Marketing Manager on Tuesday, 1^st of December 2020. The winning entrant will be contacted via email address only.
   
   
7. One (1) winner (the Winner) will, subject to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, receive the following:

• 1 x $500 Electronic Visa Gift Card

8. To claim their prize, the winner will be notified in writing by email. If the winner does not claim the prize within five (5) working days from first contact, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and announce another winner.
   
   
9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
   
   
10. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries, and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    
    
11. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
    
    
12. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Terms and Conditions, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
    
    
13. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
    
    
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
15. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
    
    
16. By entering the Promotion, you give Homebuyers Centre Victoria consent to use your personal information for further purposes and promotions.
    
    
17. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested, then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclose the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion).  The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request).  By entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
    
    
18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome).
    
    
19. The Promoter is Homebuyers Centre Pty Ltd ABN 27 051 346 591 – 81 Lorimer St, Docklands VIC 3008.
    
    
20. The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other special offers by Homebuyers Centre.
