*Terms and Conditions: An initial $5,000 deposit (‘initial deposit’) is required for payment towards both to the HIA contract and land title contract. The amounts paid towards these contracts will vary, subject to the terms of agreement with the developer. A 5% land deposit is also required to be paid within 6 months from the date on which the land title contract is signed by both parties (‘deposit due date’). Subject to the client’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the initial deposit is only refundable where the client is deemed ineligible for finance as determined by Resolve Finance.  Where the 5% land deposit is not paid by the deposit due date, the client will not be refunded the initial deposit.
